Quartz watches often need servicing when the battery replacement no longer holds or timekeeping becomes inconsistent. If you're uncertain, bring the piece in for an assessment — there's no obligation to proceed with any work.

A standard routine service — disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and regulation — typically takes two to three weeks. The timeline depends on the caliber and the current workshop schedule. You'll receive an estimated return date when you drop the piece off, and we'll reach out if anything changes that estimate.

Older calibers and complicated movements — chronographs, calendar watches, pieces from the mid-twentieth century — require a more methodical process. Each module is examined, worn components are identified, and parts are refurbished or sourced where possible. The work is documented stage by stage so you can follow what's happening and understand each decision. Timelines vary, but most heritage overhauls take six to ten weeks.

Light polishing is used to address surface marks without removing the patina that gives an older piece its history. A pre-work assessment is provided before any refinishing begins, so you know exactly what's planned and can discuss your preferences before anything is touched.

Complication & Heritage Overhaul starts at ฿11,560 depending on the movement's complexity.
